Take a minute to notice where tension lives in your body.
Ask: “Where in my body do I feel this?” and try to describe the qualities of that feeling such as temperature and texture.

Nervous System Dysregulation
When your nervous system is stuck in fight, flight, or freeze mode, your body cannot fully heal—no matter how “perfect” your routine is.
Signs your nervous system may be dysregulated:
Feeling constantly tired or anxious.
Emotional eating or cravings.
Trouble sleeping or frequent flare-ups of symptoms

This practice tells your nervous system it’s okay to relax.
Take 3 slow, deep breaths.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Tell your body it is safe in this moment.
You may want to repeat this with your eyes closed.

Trying to fix every symptom with a new diet, supplement, or routine can backfire.

Forcing change creates resistance and stress.

Developing self-compassion.
Ask: “What does my body actually need right now?”
Give yourself one small act of care in response – rest, drink some water, dance or sway, go outside for 3 minutes.
